Toothpick? I felt like a drill was being pushed through my chest, into my heart and through my back out again. Pulled back in, and drilled a hole right next to that one. Pulled back out, and again, the same as before, drilled back in. For a couple of times, in a row.

But hey, you'll survive. I mean I survived. So that toothpick will feel like nothing in the near future.
