The only good diss in there is "he fell off so hard he broke his accent". The rest isn't impressive at all...ultimately DZK loses for hanging with a joke like Canibus and being a known Eminem fan before he decided to diss him. And it's obvious that he only got on the track because Canibus begged him to, in a desperate attempt to get publicity.
