Recovery in HMV

Postby DanWS » Aug 3rd, '10, 19:14

Anyone else think this is a bit odd? Before I went into HMV and on the album chart shelves, as number 1 it was displaying Eminem's 'Curtain Call' CD and 'Not Afraid' single, but there were no actual copies of Recovery. Whereas for all the other artists/bands in the album chart, their album was there on the shelf. I asked the girl where the Recovery CD was and she said something like "it should be in the sleeve, give me a second" (I dont have a clue what the fuck she meant by that) and then had to like, go behind the counter to get me it. I just think its a bit weird that the actual album wasnt on the shelf like it should be, for people to see. Bit odd, no?

Please no bitching about "this should be in another topic" etc, ty in advance.

You find incompetence in a retail outlet strange?

Stuff like that happens all the time man. Did you think HMV were behind a big conspiracy to cheat Eminem out of record sales, cutting their own profits or something haha.

Just joking, serious though. Not that werid.
