I wonder.. how did sales of his other albums hold up after the first week? Not total sales, but like how much they dropped the 2nd week, 3rd etc. I remember Relapse, but not sure about the others. Particularly interested in MMLP.

with this level of success in sales and exposure to radio Em is getting with Recovery, his next album should easily do a milli first week

Don't well have another album any time soon though, I think he'll be focusing on D12/Slaughterhouse and what else for a while.

if he wants a mill first week his best bet is to release an album same time he did recovery in 2011, that's my thoughts anyway :coffee:

Nah. That is... a lot. Maybe it will do even better than Recovery, but much more than that seems like wishful thinking.

Keep in mind also that this is his most commercial album ever.

Now that he has the recognition of the mainstream again I hope he will team up with one or two New York producers on the next album.

A couple of months ago Pete Rock paid homage to Eminem, said that he regards him as of the best ever and praised him for his verses on Renegade. I'm sure they could do big things together, Pete could also help Eminem go to a place he hasn't been before music wise.... Maybe advise him on some of the lyrics.
