I was just thinking the other day, Jay and Em are a lot alike when it comes to signing artists, both had someone big like 50 and Ye and they are both fizzling out. Both signed friends like Memphis Bleek and D12 and both did not do very well. And signed local artists like Beanie Sigel and Obie Trice...its pretty crazy but artists are good at finding the superstar and longlasting quality that Record Lables can find.
