1st verse of Renegade. I may get alot of hate for this, but i think it's the best single rap verse ever written. The passion is so intense, it's a flow orgy jam packed with multis. I get chills up my spine hearing it.

Fuck yeah son. It's one of his best, def top 3.

But wow, so many people naming Recovery verses as best of all time, wtf??? The shit just got out, did you guys start listen to Em yesterday?

You take the 2 best verses of SSLP,MMLP, TES and 5 best of Recovery and those from Recovery are not even coming close at all.

An opinion is an opnion I know, but I just hate those new Eminem fans who don't even listen to rap in general and don't even know his past music.

Forgot to mention, I like the second verse of Renegade better than the first. I kinda think he was letting the rhymes control him as opposed to the other way around in the first verse...for instance, the only reason he says "lucrative lyrics" is he just said "truth, grin and bear it"...not really because it's what he's necessarily trying to say. Just seemed too easy...

Second verse is insane, though. Only knock is when he says "or is he the latter - a gateway to escape, media scapegoat..." it's unclear whether he's using the word "latter" correctly given the context.

No Brain Damage first verse?

To me, those verses are too close to call. I still can't get over how he thought to rhyme "spectacles" with "freckled nose"...or all the incredible transitions...

Can't do it...Eminem writes great songs, not just great verses. Breaking up verses doesn't make any sense.

Out of the songs where he only did 1 verse...I'll say Hellbound.

Shit, I forget Hellbound. In terms of multies has to be one of his best, up there with Rock Bottom, Renegade & Brain Damage.
