I was on youtube and saw a video of Swizz Beatz interview from 2008 on Hot97 with Angie Martinez. Swizz Beatz was asked you got a song with Em and he said he came on to the project a little late but done a couple of songs. Then says one of the songs is called "Stan 2".

he could just be talking about how the beat he did and offered to Em had the similar feel to the song Stan. not necessarily the lyrics in the song.

Eminem cleared that up I remember. He said it would be stupid to do a Stan 2 because Stan is dead. I guess he didn't see the possibility of being his brother, but whatever. He also said he never worked with Swizz, but he got sent a beat that Swizz said had the atmosphere of Stan 2 or something.
