Don't think so. The Marshall Mathers LP-era Eminem maybe had the voice for rock (doubt it though).

I'm just guessing. And it's not like when we're talking about rock it has to be hard rock that requires screaming your lungs out or something, I just think that his attitude in music about expressing yourself & his anst can translate into rock as well as rap

I actually believe Eminem could make a decent/good rock album if he wanted to.
