Haha I read that again the other day. Well not read it all just saw the post.

I don't know what I would change, well I do if I sit down and write it but man. I can't summon the mental effort to do that again lmao.

Because when I write like that I almost zone out it's just like a fucking manic possession flowing out of my body haha. So it feels like a big daunting mental effort to even ask myself the question properly again because I don't want to sit here for ages trying to write the most convincing argument I can possibly think of to the max. Like in my mind everything is the max, has to be the best argument every uttered by a human being and it's just really draining. Push everything to the extreme.

But what's inexplicably I dunno, I have to say daunting for lack of a better word, but in reality when I write shit like that - I actually don't like take hours as it may look. Because I have to write the arguments as fast as they're coming into my head so I actually write it all extremely fast. But it just feels daunting because I dunno, I just don't stop until my head is empty lmao. It's just, draining.

I don't even want to do it sometimes I just can't stop writing. So, when I have more like, time and... Willingness to go 'there' in my head again I'll answer this lmao.

Like, I often cringe when I read anything I've written any length of time ago. Even if it was say a few months ago. It just looks badly written, badly worded and badly argued to me on a more present day. So there's probably a lot of what I feel is total nonsense in that post. I can't be fucked to rectify it all right now though. But, I shall return ;-)

I would change almost all of it now, in terms of how I put each point across, all I'd keep is maybe round-about the same arguments as starting points.

What's annoying is... Well, I mean I didn't put my best efforts in when writing that I think I just wrote it in an anger outburst at some fuck messaging me on YouTube lmao. So I wanted to stump him.

But what's annoying is, whenever you write something like... Lets say an essay or just a big article on something - You always feel like it's the best you can say it (given you try you hardest) at that time and when you look back it's awful.

Like, it's obvious that will happen with everything, if you're improving in... Well, everything lmao but it's just annoying how you can sit there and maximise it and be like "right, I won't ever be able to make that point better" and you always can easily when you look back.

It's almost like when you see current graphics on games. You KNOW they're going to get better but at present you just go "well, I can't see how that can look much better". Maybe not as much now as we're used to drastic improvements. But I literally remember playing PS1 games n thinking "we must have nearly peaked now" and when you look back they just look awful haha. It's like it's impossible by definition to imagine the future possibilities as they're... Not now. You can theorize but... Fuck me okay I've gone down a road with no stop sign now. So I'll put the brakes on. Back later...

I wouldn't argue against this at all - I mean Eminem's body of work from 1997-2003 is amazing, especially in terms of freshness and consistency
Add on most of the points made in Ebase's article and yeah, its hard to argue against

The top 10 thing lost all credibility when it got to the part about 'The Office' (British version) being a funny show. Well firstly - I wrote this thing maybe a year ago and somebody else posted it. I didn't post it or claim the arguments were brilliant or still relevant, I didn't ask for your critique.

Secondly, The Office - ORIGINAL, there is no British version. There is an American version though - Anyway, The Office is one of the greatest comedies of all time. Garbage? Man you must have a really flat, face-value, predictable sense of humour.

If it wasn't for that you probably wouldn't be seeing Arrested Development or the surge of realistic American humour over there now. Gervais single-handidly put realistic, tailored, naturalistic comedy on television. The original is a masterpiece and it's not a live action sitcom. It's a mockumentary drama / comedy. It has a trajectory which runs over the twelve episodes, as if a real documentary keeping an eye on this small group of people.

It's not just a random slew of episodes with convoluted plot-lines and wacky occurrences thrown together at will like most. The writing is absolutely wonderful, it's so natural, so detailed and thoroughly funny. And Gervais' performance is pure genius.

But whatever, you don't find it funny... Fine. Lmao, it's opinion anyway. Brackets you're wrong and have bad taste.

I agree with a majority, probably most of what was said but to say Em is the king of social commentary is a little crazy. If anyones the king at that it's Public Enemy, N.W.A. (Ice Cube) was great at it, 2Pac was better than Em at it. I have Em in my top 10 but to me he still needs to put out an album that rivals his first 3 before he can be put at #1.
