I just came from St. Andrews Hall and the Red Bull EmSee battle was dope as hell. DNA, the winner from the New York heat, actually threw in the towel and quit when Fowl (the hometown favorite), demolished him in a manner that had everyone in the building saying "Detroit, Detroit" over and over. DNA had no chance to counter these homers who wanted to see their own, win the battle. DNA is dope freestyle and battle rapper, but I was disappointed that he quit even against those odds. I did get meet alot of cats down there like Kino Childrey, Royce, DJ Butter, Mark Da Spark, Bun B and Jazzy Jeff to name a few. Paul Rosenberg was hella cool and was generous with his time as he held court with fans and friends. Eminem is real cat. Eminem is a Detroit cat for life.

Detroit got made love for Em and Em loves Detroit because as big as he is, he can enter a venue like St. Andrews riding shotgun in a benz, and make small talk with everyday people.
