no way bro :P, there's like a million words that differ, in Lebanese, there are more words influenced from french, english, turkish and armenian not only arabic

for Example, when we talk about a CD, we say CD, or we say Computer, we say television (in french mostly though) but in arabic CD = oustouwana, Computer = Hassoub, Television = Telfaz... people would laugh at u here if u talk this way...

No. If you say computer instead of Hassoub it does mean that you're talking English, TV is an English word. If you said any French word it's still a French word not lebanese word. Arabic is one language, People started to change how they pronounce some words different to be cool Like (ورقة - ورأة) See ?! it's still Arabic. Then people started to talk English with Arabic, like someone is taking to you in Arabic and then he said an English word, That doesn't mean that he started a new language he just mix. It's called a new DIALECT not a new LANGUAGE.
