Haha damn. You're doing good bro. Keep at it. Eat a lot of sour foods. Starve yourself for a couple hours before you sleep, then jerk everynight, twice one after another and then go to sleep. Also take some crazy pills, I heard people that think a lot become thin. Either that or pick up the pipe and get to business. And no I haven't gone through this before. :zipped:

I stayed in my mountain house for the last 2 weeks, so I've been walkin uphill (more effort than straigh street) and covering many distances... And I never cheated, so I am a bit dissapointed..

But, takin in consideration the quantity I used to eat, My Metabolisim can't directly make me lose that much weight and also considering the fact that I had lost the weight once and put it back on...

I am sure next week i'll have a bigger number...

No, don't be disappointed. 1 - 1,5kg per week is the healthy margin, don't step over it.
