THEN, within the countries you have different cities. So more culture splits and accent changes. Then within the cities you have different areas, so more split. Then within the areas you have smaller areas with different subtilties etc.

Like the US or any developed country, there's a gigantic variant of people, styles, accents within the language etc. It's not just one street of people with one accent. You have English accents, then you have Welsh accents... You have northen English accents and southern, London and etc.
