They dont still do the certifications based on shipments because of Michael Jacksons cd, it was a double album and they shipped a million so claimed it went double platinum in a week and it actually didnt sell well and people were pissed so they stopped counting like that. mIley Cyrus shipped a million earlier this year and she aint no platinum shit.
