50 is signed to Em label. Em is executive producer on 50's albums. Of course he is going to rely on Eminem's opinion. All of 50 albums have sold well except 1 and all of Eminem music sells. Em is also the reason why 50 cent is rich I'm pretty sure Em knows what he is doing.

Before I Self Destruct was a good album. 50 just had an incredibly low buzz back then. And the singles he released from it were the worst songs off the album.

Yeah man. I actually still listen to some tracks from BISD to this day. It is a good album for sure. The shame is that 50's buzz had just died by the time he released it.
