Skeptical about VMA performance

Postby rep2death » Sep 10th, '10, 10:27

i mean i know hes opening...so its gonna have to be big and strong right??

i mean im just skeptical because his theatrical showmanship at awards shows since he's been back have all sucked...no set pieces....no backdrops....no cool effects....no epic intros....same clothes....

he'll just have alchmemist in the back...a small live band...and then just rap and look at the ground....i mean its the VMA's....he has to do it big...something iconic.....im just skeptical that he wont

I agree really but I suppose all he can do is go out and give a good live performance to open the show by doing a different song or something, the rest will be up to MTV to sort out on how 'epic' they want it to be
My mother started screamin, "What are you on, drugs?!?
Look at you, you're gettin blood all over my rug!" (Sorry!)
She beat me over the head with the remote control
opened a hole, and my whole brain fell out of my skull
I picked it up and screamed, "Look bitch, what have you done?!?"
"Oh my God, I'm sorry son"
"Shut up you cunt!" I said, "Fuck it!"

Yep, it's gonna be awful.

He's probably going to use a live band & have an all black choir singing the chorus, Travis barker on the drums.

Remember the good times when he dressed like this & rapped over a backing track...

That's the real Eminem.

i don't care what others think, but i still like it better when em wears oversized hoodie along with a stocking cap. he seems more active and youthful that way. oh and he should gain some weight

on topic: he'll do fine, hopefully not in the same navy blue hoodie and gray t-shirt though

yeah but that because the director made him wear it to have effect for the video

I think he could pull off any color, but seems like he don't wanna be noticed too much so he avoids bright color?
