I don't think people confused the song. Many people used to say Beautiful was their favorite song from Relapse. Radio didn't play it that much but it doesn't mean the song wasn't popular among people.

I think what is crazy is the pace in which LTWYL has caught up to NA. It will soon pass NA and go above and beyond. It is crazy to think that the most viewed official YouTube music video for Em was "Lose Yourself" with ~60 million views. Now he is topping +100 million in a matter of months.
