I've been studying the .gif, it looks like Rihanna says move please or move that and then Katy does the slow motion hair pull showing her hand so Rihanna copies it mocking her. I originally thought she was showing her a ring (since she got married) but she's doing it with the right hand. So I dunno. The exact copy of the movement doesn't seem like she's doing anything but mocking her though

I agree. It seems like Rihanna says 'move that' after Perry bumps into her while clapping. You can tell the by the way Perry's face drops and then Rihanna's bitchy glare and obvious mocking of Katy's hair swish. I don't know, I just thought it was funny and more entertaining than criticizing every aspect of Em's performance

It's been reported all over the fucking net that she's says "Oh, you fancy," which is in reference to Drake's song, Fancy, which was just performed before this. I said this in an earlier post, but it's no one reads--they just post comments. I guess a million wrong guesses are as amusing as the truth though.
