I've changed my mind on On Fire, I think. It's one of the best hooks on the album. Not that it's saying much.

I feel like breaking it down like you did and give my thoughts on each hook... so here we go.

Cold Wind Blows - One of the best hooks right at the beginning... can't hate on that.
Talkin' 2 Myself - It's a sweet hook... dude got a really dope voice. I like it.
On Fire - Now this is straight bullshit... the fuck was he thinking?
Won't Back Down - Fuck Pink... that's all I have to say about it. Awful.
W.T.P. - One of the best hooks on the album to me. Gets me in the mood for party.
Going Through Changes - I like Ozzy's part... but Eminem kinda ruins it for me.
Not Afraid - Love it. The singing is great... and the bridge is fire too!
Seduction - Best hook on the album! Eminem fucking killed this one!
No Love - Too long, too repetitive. Kinda boring... don't know why though.
Space Bound - Again, one of the best hooks on the CD. Straight amazing.
Cinderella Man - Hate this one... who is that dude singing anyway?
25 To Life - Really really boring in my opinion.
So Bad - Agree with you on this one. Best part of the track. But the whole track is so dope!
Almost Famous - Never really got into this hook. But I guess it's aight.
Love The Way You Lie - I'm fine with it. Could be better, could be worse.
You're Never Over - I like it a lot, that's all I have to say about it.
Untitled - The only problem is it's too short. Would be dope if it was longer.

Also... Ridaz has a sweet fucking chorus in my opinion too. :y:

My two cents on the hooks...

I think the hooks are great, the two least favored would be "On Fire" and "Untitled" though.

Seduction's hook is probably the best one for me on Recovery
I like Cold Wind Blows a lot, as well as the hook
So Bad's hook is nice too

Came back to annihilate, the game's in dire straights, as I await
Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

I've noticed that I'm very critical of Em's hooks at the beginning for whatever reason.

I thought that with both Relapse and Recovery, now I like all the hooks very much, from both albums. They just had to sink in, I think i look past them at first because I mostly focus on the verses.

I love the hooks.
They claim that I'm violent, just cause I refuse to be silent
These hypocrites are havin fits, cause I'm not buyin it
Defyin it, envious because I will rebel against
any oppressor, and this is known as self defense
I show no mercy, they claim that I'm the lunatic
But when the shit gets thick, I'm the one you go and get
Don't look confused, the truth is so plain to see
Cause I'm the nigga that you sell-outs are ashamed to be
