You really need me to tell you this? Why would people who aren't white want to go to a concert and hear EMinem rap about a white trash party? THen My Band was only popular because of the video. That was back when MTV was still playing video. I never heard anyone in my life say that was a good song. And why he would choose to perform it is even more mystifying.


A lot of Eminem popular songs are only popular because of the video. Crack a bottle was only popular because it was his first song back. Those are over the top corny songs.

The song is nothing spacial but it's not that bad, and they pick this song to mourning Proof's dead couse how they say he was the real leader singer of this band and that's his band. how did you own me? I don't want to fight. Some of you are just over-sensitive. I like Em. I've been playing Infinite and SSLP all wk. Just had a taste for it for some reason. I root for Em. He's still the underdog after so much success. But he gets horrible advice. I consider myself a bit of a hip hop head. I'm the one who tries to defend Eminem's place in hip hop history to my friends. But the thing that keeps him out of most people's top 10 MCs is his catalog. It's riddled w/ corny songs that only lil white kids like.

What adult wants to hear My Band? That's a sh1tty tribute to Proof if that's what they're doing. Might as well do Shit on You. That's a better song.

Then My Name is, Real Slim Shady. Those are monster hits, but they're corny too. Songs like that is why eminem doesn't get the respect some of you think he should.

And Crack a Bottle. I shed a lil tear when he performs that song. Does he realize how foolish he looks? Old Em from 2000 needs to come see this Em and punch him in the mouth for singing that sh1t.
