This is good news, thanks for the heads up.

Best hip-hop news for a while. Genuinely buzzing for this.

I wonder what time period Lost Tapes 2 will be from? Will it be the same as Vol. 1? That would be fucking brilliant if it was as the original has some classic tracks.

As much as I enjoyed Distant Relatives (album of the year so far IMO), I'm itching for some new Nas's solo stuff and, if his verses on DIstant Relatives are anything to go by, we'll be looking at a fucking great album.

I believe we'll get material from the Lost Tapes Vol. 1 period as well as material from his newer albums,my guess is the Nigger unreleased tracks.

And yeah, definitely looking forward to a solo LP.

Lost Tapes 2 :o I'm really excited for this, I regularly listen to Lost Tapes 1. Drunk by myself, blaze a 50 are 2 of my faves on that. Can't wait to see what Nas gives us for this one.

I regularly listen to the first volume too, I love that "Doo Rags", "Purple" and "U Gotta Love It" just to name some. I can't wait to get to hear this second volume if it really does deliver.
