Love The Way You Lie will outsell Lose Yourself worldwide but the singles chart sales seem higher these days thanks to iTunes.

So yes it looks like it will be his biggest hit based on charting and sales.

Hmm....to me LY will always be bigger simply for that Oscar....but then again - you can't really compare that b/c Eminem doesn't really do movies anymore...I like LTWYL but I'd rather have another song being his biggest hit saleswise.

Yeah, Lose Yourself had a bigger impact. And is the better song. But IMO it's one of the best songs of all time, very hard to top that. Love The Way You Lie is cool in that he somehow managed to cut through all the California Gurls/David Guetta/breezy beach song stuff and turn a tale about domestic violence and its deadly consequences into a summer hit. Heh, only Eminem. Great song, too.

Depends which way you look at it, chart wise it will be.

Even though it didn't spend 12 weeks at #1 in the US like Lose Yourself, Love The Way You Lie has remained in the top 2 for 12 weeks and same for the world chart and it will probably remain in the top ten for a very long time, longer than Lose Yourself did. It's already his most succesful hit in the UK despite not hitting #1.

^ Agreed that LTWYL won't have that "timeless" factor. And I know you hate Not Afraid but that's definitely one of the singles I see people remember the most and going into his "signature" songs, it's already proving the longevity right now actually.

On Topic : Yeah i think it will be his biggest, simply because it'll still sell like 5-10k every week for months next year or even the year after!
Lose Yourself had more impact, yes. Lose Yourself was a muuuch better song, yes. But the guy was talking about numbers!
