"These ideas are nightmares for white parents" LOL... look at da small vocabulary...

if he passed 9th grade he woulda no da bigger words to make it more lyrical... see Canibus wouldve made it lyrical like:

"These conceptions are demonic Freudian dreamscapes for parents with white pigmentation"

yeah well I wouldn't say that if my spelling was very...limited. I'm sure you can do it properly, not doing it doesn't really help you to state your opinion about Em's lyrical abilities. ;)

btw I personally think SFTM is one of his best songs lyrically - it feels like no line can stand there without the previous line or the next line. Not many people can do that.

Oh yeah and conceptions and pigmentation wouldn't rhyme for there is one syllable too many in pig-men-ta-tion. I do pay attention to that yeah.

And why does everybody go off about that dictionary thing Em is doing/ has been doing? I think that#s one great idea, I actually did that to learn more English words and I did that to learn/use a wider range of German words (native language) 2!

PS: I don't approve of dropping out of school at all.

^^^ Amadeo was being sarcastic. Not that he needs me to defend his internet honour LOL. Perhaps you're being sarcastic, too? I can't tell on message boards sometimes.

I used Eminem and Bob Dylan to learn English, German speaker here as well. And I use dictionaries when I'm writing on a longer paper and don't want to repeat myself, so I don't get why this gets slammed. It seems logical.

^^ Well yes I was being sarcastic for the first half or so....I didn't realize he was 2 b/c I don't "know" him and what he's like.

Yeah I figured you were German, b/c only Germans abbreviate the name Katharina or a variation of it like that. ;) Nice 2 know there are some Eminem fans left here, though!

And what would my college life would be like without a Thesaurus? Can't even imagine!
August 22 2013 - from Berlin to Paris, 400€ spent just for Eminem. IT WAS WORTH EVERY SINGLE CENT!

This site is actaully getting fucking ridiculously dumb.

DirtySouth and Manny_Boi are probably the biggest fucking idiots ever seen.

EminemInsider wrote:Canibus is absolute garbage and a complete moron, like all of his pathetic internet dickriders.

Eminem is better in every facet of rap than Canibus, and that includes having a MUCH larger working vocabulary, which he doesn't have to force into his lyrics.

Spot on. The forced vocab bit being the main are of agreement.

I cant believe people actaully believe Eminem isn't clever. It's incredible. Yet Canibus is clever becuase he strings lots of fancy words together in, some of the time, the wrong context

Not even close  He actually has a very basic vocabulary.

Just what I expect out of a dipshit Canibus fan.

Canibus is absolute garbage and a complete moron, like all of his pathetic internet dickriders.

Eminem is better in every facet of rap than Canibus, and that includes having a MUCH larger working vocabulary, which he doesn't have to force into his lyrics.

Class didn't say anything about Canibus :facepalm

Jay is just trying to be Kanye now lmao.

Trying to appear artistic and kooky. It's pretty cringing watching him bite people's looks and styles everytime his gets old.

In respects to this post - I'm sure Em takes his rhymes a lot more seriously than he makes out. It's pretty obvious from hearing him speak, whenever he's began to get close to true analysis he's shied away from it but it's always as he doesn't like to sound like he thinks he's above his station.

But if you hear an interview he did in 01 about some MMLP lyrics, he's got a complete handle on everything he's saying and why. He just doesn't let on that he does, probably also to avoid debate on his lyrics in public now.

^ lol on that one :y:

as for the video, well I don't seem to find myself attracted to hear/watch the analysis of an artist's work, I just listen to the song he's put out & try to realize how smart, clever & witty the artist is :y:

Eminem failed 9th grade 3 times because he skipped school all the time...had nothing to do with intelligence.

That "genius" Canibus went to a freak'n community college (why didn't this walking version of Stephen Hawking get a scholarship to Harvard?!?!), where he learned such nuggets as:

If you remove every living animal out of the sea
then wouldn't the world's ocean water level decrease?
This means the planet wasn't three-quarters water

This guy pretends to be a savant in the field of science and then says something this idiotic...

1. When people say "three quarters of the planet is covered by water," they are referring to SURFACE AREA, not volume.

2. Sea animals and plants are composed of mostly water.

It's nig-ga-nometry!

It's a sad day when rap fans are touting this guy as an example of an "intellectual" in rap music.
Canning: What will it say on your tombstone?
Charlie Sheen: Something dot com.
