The rules are certainly fair. I just don't think anybody should be permanently banned unless they do something to intentionally harm/disrupt the forum. I don't like losing valuable members.

i wouldn't say most "lenient" forum. I been on ones where there were really no real "Rules" other then the usual over-the-top ones, and they worked pretty well for the time they were up. But they were mostly rapping focussed sites....
