TES is eminems most complete and best album.
MMLP is amazing for everything it accomplished and everything that album was, it was solid all the way through.
SSLP is amazing in it's own right, for so many reasons, a great debut by slim shady
Encore, has some good moments, has some funny ones, has some boring ones, I don't listen to it anymore but I know I will eventually....obviously
Relapse, I take as a concept album. The accent I don't always like, but it's different, and with refill, overall these tracks are fine to replay, and some are downright amazing lyrically and flow-wise. Something that is very interesting in the catalog of ems music for sure
Recovery is amazing, it's so different, yet at the same times still em. It's diverse, it's clever, it has cliche song-types that em ads his touch to and makes them no longer cliche. It has passion, it has some dope concepts, and some recylcled concepts that don't seem recycled with ems touch, yet again. It has one of his most interesting songs (Almost Famous) due to it's concept, the amazing delivery, the crazy yet amazing wordplays and metaphors, and the back and forth, in-and-out tale of his success mixed with his past, all mixed with the beforementioned lyrical content. No Love may be ems most amazing verse, not his best lyrically, but imo one of his strongest, and that constantly changing and uplifitng/powerful flow, it has never once sounded less as good from the first listen 15 weeks ago.
Infinite is def amazing in it's own right, for what it was, and when it was, it's a great look at em before the success.
To rank his "best" albums tho, imo I'd have to say:
1a. TES
1b. Recovery
3. MMLP
4. SSLP
5. Relapse and Refill
6. Infinite
7. Encore
