Nah it means that UMG are going to ship 1.8 million copies to the stores by the day of release. With 1.8 million shipped it is almost already allowed 2x platinum certification even if it only sells 600k in one week.

The predictions for her album are falling though, 1st it was 1 million then 800k and now 750k, i wouldn't be suprised if it dropped again to 600k or 700k as we near the time.
