Um, Wayne and Drake have never reached the complexity of We Made You's lyrics.
They simply don't have the attention to detail Eminem has.
Where is your argument that Big Poppa is better lyrically (this means you can't bring up the accent or the delivery in general)?
You don't have an argument at all really, other than "the stuff Biggie raps about isn't as corny" or "Biggie's content is cooler" which is a subjective debate. I personally find Biggie's lyrics about da club boring.
The guy I was talking to didn't just say they were better LYRICALLY, he said they were better. Then used the term "lyrically better" to support his claim. I'm arguing against that, and backing it up with my own reasons. What can't you understand about that buddy?

In my mind i do consider him one of the best, tho it's hard to actually make a top in hiph-op since so many rappers got their influences on eachother and won a spot in my most listened list.Among my fav(besides Eminem) would be NAS,DZK,Immortal Technique,Obie trice,Xzibit,DMX,BigL,Method Man,Mos Def,Shyheim,2Pac,Proof,Wu Tang,Biggie and many others,so kind of hard to decide who is the best, they all brought their contribution in rap,and if today i might consider Immortal the best ,maybe tomorrow will be Method Man or Eminem, depends on the day/mood
.But he sure deserves a spot among the best in my opinion, but as some of you said here,he might only get that recognition he deserves when he dies
