its still the best song on the album so it don't matter if it goes #1 or stays #50...frustrating shouldn't really be the word used here, or at least i hope things like chart placement of songs that aren't your own don't affect you like that lol

It's getting decent play on Rhythmic but so far. Up to 38.



it is like dead on Top 40 radio though.



I do see it's been played like 11 times on WKQI (95.5) in Detroit this week which is a Top 40 pop station. But other than that it's hardly made a dent on pop radio. Not shocking since that station has played LTWYL 90+ times and Not Afraid 25+ times and the BOB Airplanes ft Eminem 35+ times. Again it's a Detroit station so thats not surprising.

if the fans want to have a decent radio airplay they have to request it either via mediabase, twitter or phone request lines. It does make a difference. Not Afraid is a proof. The song didn't have a best start but then it improved a lot. Fans of the artists like Rihanna or Katy Perry request their songs a lot. If those DJs won't see Eminem requests, they might think people are not interested.

it doesnt matter "official" release or not, if stations wanted to add it they could always do that, LTWYL never had an official date yet it was flying from right the moment it leaked

It actually was not. The song leaked when the rest of the album leaked. It didnt take off till after the album was released.

Also, it shouldnt surprise anybody that this won't be as big of hit as LTWYL. Heck i think No Love was a bad choice for a third single. It should have been Talkin 2' Myself. You say it shouldnt have been cause it's depressing and it's too similar to Not Afraid but the thing is....The sing-song chorus of talkin' 2 myself is what radio loves. Just Blaze going "Nooo loveeeee, Nooo loveeeeeee" doesnt qualify.

Honestly "No Love" isnt more upbeat then "Talkin' 2 Myself". I don't get some people thinking "No Love" is an upbeat song. It's really not. "No Love" should have just been released as a Street Single. But i think Eminem and his handlers backed themselves in a corner. They determined long before the album came out that "No Love" would be a single. It's obvious it was planned to be the 2nd Single but LTWYL blew up so they decided to have that be the second single. With the video mostly filmed they backed themselves into a corner imo that it had to be a single.

I love the song. Don't get me wrong. Em's verse is off the chain. His flow is fire. It's just not a song that will blow up on radio.

If i had to guess, this will only be a single for about a month and then they will put out something else as a single. imo.

I love No Love. And I get the point Alaine makes. But the content of the song isnt an issue really anymore, if it's catchy, it will be played. And that sing song chorus of Talkin' 2 Myself would eat up radio. Cinderella Man would have been a better choice for radio then No Love. I can't stress enough that i love "No Love" but it's not going to threaten for the #1 spot.
