MTV is the network with the most fail hands down so I guess we can expect a shittie list. But, it will be hard to top this garbage.

I watched the countdown. Gucci Mane wasn't on the list.. The panel seemed split between Wayne & Em and the ones that wanted Wayne at the top were hating because Em's white. The show was pretty much pointless but I watched to see if there would be bs excuses not to put Em on the list.

No this list is of the 21st century and jay isn't included cuz the rappers had to have thier debut studio album out after 1999 to be eligible thats why I'm surprised they put drake so high, I mean I know BET dick rides him but his debut album barley came out and hes so high on peoples list
