The first crips were a spin-off of the Black Panther Party. It was always to help the community, till people started getting violent and forgot the whole purpose of the original idea. You're wrong. This guy is trying to make his younger brothers realize they are fighting themselves. You. You unfortunately didn't understand a word he said.

no. encouraging people to join and support gangs is not a positive thing. and the black panthers were and are the black equivalant to the ku klux klan.
