I took the liberty in gathering the WW sales for "The Fame Monster" and compared it to "Recovery." The following numbers are according to Musicharts.net. Keep in mind, I did not include sales from "The Fame" in these totals. I simply plugged in the number found under "The Fame Monster" for each week on Musicharts.net. Whether or not that number is a representation of the two albums combined or not is debatable. A separate listing for "The Fame" does appear in several charts where "The Fame Monster" is found.....

Hopefully the Holidays provide solid support for Recovery to finish the year strong. Recovery is roughly 530,000 units behind The Fame Monster with 12 WW weekly results still to be released for 2010.

This would mean that Recovery would have to outsell The Fame Monster over the next 12 weeks by an average of 44,000 units per week. This seems like a reachable figure considering his album will see a much stronger boost through the Holiday season, as it will be Recovery's first run through the Holidays, while the Fame Monster already had its first Holiday push in 2009...
