Well he just recently announced that he was working on his third album before he even released his second and now he says he's done with rap. 
Maybe the Mr. Rager album isn't getting enough hype therefore he's all pessimistic... Not that I care really (even though I do like some of his music), fuck him and these artists who announce bullshit and then take it back.
