NOPE, NOT THAT BAD THANKFULLY.
HE JUST DEVELOPS & LEARNS SLOWER. SO HE CAN COMMUNICATE AND FUNCTION DECENT, JUST AT A LESSER LEVEL THAN OTHERS. OBVIOUSLY INTELLIGENCE WISE HE'S ALSO LESS BUT AT THE SAME TIME REALLY SURPRISES US SOMETIMES WITH HOW MUCH HE DOES KNOW.
THE KID'S A SOCIAL BUTTERFLY THOUGH. HE BEFRIENDS PRACTICALLY EVERYONE HE MEETS LOL.
