Probably "Nail in the Coffin" or "Bully".
To be honest nearly all of his diss tracks shit on other classic disses that are always mentioned. His never get mentioned just due to how shit the rapper he was beefing with was.
But lyrically, "Bully" for example is so much more intelligent and scathing than "Ether". Which is a lot of childish puns (Gay-Z) and personal baiting. In comparison to Em defining and digging into the entire psyche of his 'enemy' in relentless detail.
