I still think that Cee-Lo's hook on 'Scott Mescudi vs The World' is one the greatest of all time.

I've listened to this song 12 times in a row and I ... agree with you. This is so weird, it's fucking with my mind, I don't like it.

:worship:
Someone finally mentioned this song. When I first heard this song, I was like :o

As for what I think on the album...I like it a lot, it's different and unique. I'm not sure if I like this better than the debut, maybe after a couple more listens I'll be able to tell. I haven't even really listened to all the songs, but everyday I find another new song I like, so that's good I suppose. The rhymes...aren't as good, but you can tell he means what he raps or sings. The music is great, his relaxed flow is awesome throughout as well

Scott Mescudi vs The World, REVOFEV, We Aite, Marijuana, Mojo So Dope, Ashin' Kusher, Erase Me, The Mood, Maniac, Mr Rager (I like everything except the hook...I don't know why I don't like the hook), These Worries, The End, Trapped In My Mind

The above are the ones I like, SO FAR. I haven't even truly listened to the other tracks because I've been obsessed with these tracks. But overall, I think it is a great album

Great album.

Like somebody else said here, at first I felt slightly let down like I was expecting more. Primarily I think it was just thinking there was a lack of ideas.

But on repeated listens, just gets better and better.

Although, it's a bit weird how people almost credit him with the music of it lmao. I mean I know he's part of the whole process but there's very little lyrics and if you're just getting off on the melodies and the music, that was not Kid Cudi's work.

Which is a kind weird realization anyway the fact producers get so little credit in reality when they're half the work. It's almost as much their album as the lyricist's.

Depending on the rappers of course. As people like Nas and Em are supremely lyric heavy so the majority of atmosphere and 'feel' comes from that.
