Then I got up and ran to the janitor's storage booth

he even uses the annunciating the word to make it 2 syllables strategy he described in the interview!
I just realized this today and felt like pointing it out, because I haven't seen anyone else do it.

I rembered that he rhymed 'orange' in the song but didn't think back and see that he had rhymed the things he mentioned in that way.

By the way, that is amazing.

And I saw racist black panel dick heads on this greatest MC thing before have the cheek to say Em hasn't truly advanced or changed the rapping is done like other greats did.

No rapper has done more to truly advance the complexity of rhyme and flow than him. It's outstanding, and the entire genre is still trying to catch up with him. In terms of pure technique, he was (and for the most part still is) so innovative, lyrically.
