You're asking it as if it's a fact. Nobody knows that, because it's opinion, taste, preference. You should have asked what are your favourite top ten hip hop albums, not what the top ten best Hip Hop albums of all time are. That is something that cannot be determined, same thing with trying to determine what the ten best dishes are of all time, you can't, it's taste.
