Cuz it's being run to the ground now, kind of like the accents were. It was a lot fresher when Recovery was first released. Almost Famous was also better content-wise than anything he has put out post-Recovery, IMO.

I know, but still...it seems hypocritcal though. Almost Famous was a good concept record, but other than that I've never personally been a big fan of the song. I won't go out of my way to say it's bad, it's not, but there's just...something about the song that I'm not too fond of, I'm not 100% sure what it is

I love Almost Famous personally. And I don't think its hypocritocal because like I said the shouting was fresh back then so it felt like it had more of a purpose whereas now he just keeps on doing it over and over for the sake of it.
