I just had a thought that could be the content of this track and would be pretty genius.

Maybe Em is rapping as hip-hop, saying hip-hop needs a doctor. "You come to me with ideas" / "Bring me back to life"...

Could be a way off idea of course, but it might be that. That would sound pretty interesting, n maybe he had the idea after "25 to Life". Mark my words (if it's true )

Lil Wayne is an awful MC and an awful artist. His 'flow(s)' are terrible, his ideas are corny and his execution is oft average AT BEST. That concept was botched by him. He hardly did a full-on concept either. He was just talking about himself as a doctor to hip-hop, with a lot of random lyricism too.

That's not the concept I said either. Wayne isn't rapping AS hip-hop. He's rapping as himself being a doctor saving hip-hop. I'm saying, Eminem rapping as hip-hop, metaphorically, saying 'he' (hip-hop) needs a Doctor / Dre. That's a different concept and would allow for much deeper execution.
