This is like Spinks claiming he had an off-day against Tyson.

It's like eh, no, Tyson would knock you the fuck out with one arm.

Em's just a better artist, lyricist and rapper period. Jay would have to be at his very best and Em be at his "Touchdown" era to outshine him.

Plus Em had those verses laid, like I've said many times before Jay had the chance to hear them and still couldn't out-do them. And he then laid them and could hear them against Em's, so he probably thought he was better or he would of re-done them lmao.

And like class said, those verses > any verse Jay has done. They're earth-shattering.

So it took Jay-Z 8 years to understand that?

It took me 8 sec
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

Jay-Z's verses were dope as fuck and not even remotely "all over the place." You're just an idiot. But we knew that already.

Agreed, although I think Em just edges it, not by much.

I guarentee that if Nas had been beefing with Xzibit and said "Eminem murders you on your own shit" (referencing Dont Approach Me) on an X diss track, that would be the song everyone says Eminem commited the murder on and Renegade would be left alone.

Jay's verses were incredible, so were Em's. I love it when people say Royce's verses on the original were better than Jay's, which is quite frankly ridiculous, but hilarious.

Jay-Z has become the rapper people hate on for the sake of it. Blueprint is an amazing album. Yeah he fell off hard, but in his prime, he's easily one of the best

The original version with Royce is more natural sounding to me (probably because it was made together in a studio as opposed to sending the track to Jay-Z) but yeah, writing shit about getting drunk with Proof was kinda odd given the scope of what Eminem is talking about.

Jay-Z's verses on Renegade are better than a good 70% of all Eminem verses. They do not suck major cock by any means.
