He didn't say "best track"....he said "biggest track" - there is a significant difference.

We don't know 100% who produced 'I Need A Doctor' yet, but with Liz Rodrigues on the hook I'm taking a guess it was DJ Khalil. Even if it was Alex Da Kid who produced 'I Need A Doctor' which we still don't know for sure yet...it doesn't mean it was the song he was talking about. Apparently Alex Da Kid and Em see each other a lot and have probably worked on multiple things.We have no evidence, just speculation and guesses.

My personal opinion is that saying "biggest track in the last 10 years" is such a strong bold statement and as good as 'I Need A Doctor' is...I strongly doubt it is.

"biggest track in the last 10 years" suggests to me it is not going to blow the fuck up on radio, but blow the radio up. And seeing as he didn't say this about LTWYL (which will be 20x more popular than this) I dont' see why he would say it about this song. (IF it is the one he was referring to)

I have no evidence for this, just a wild random guess.... the track Alex Da Kid is talking about will be a Eminem x Lady Gaga track. They are on the same label (Interscope), they are the two most popular music artists on the planet, and Alex Da Kid has a track record of making these "poppy" and successful rap tracks. Love The Way You Lie.....B.o.B's 'Airplanes' etc etc
