2. Tech N9ne > 2Pac. Eminem > 2Pac. Nothing else in that list is better.

3. His voice changes a lot. Plus, his delivery is sick as fuck, why would he change it? (he does anyway). His flow (though not his strongest or most versatile point) varies occasionally, I will give you
that. Content is EXTEMELY varied. You've probably only heard All Eyez On Me which is his celebratory, I just got outta jail album. Listen to Killuminati and Me Against The World and see your opinion on his content change.

4. He's spit multis before. And he's not Biggie rhyme-wise but he did a decent job at rhyming, and he told much more meaningful/relevant than any other rapper at the time. Story? Brenda's Got A Baby, Dopefiend's Diner, Dear Mama, etc. I can go on. Pac is top 5 ever imo at storytelling.

5. IYO he's overrated but he's widely recognize and known as the best rapper of all time. He DOES not only rap about Thug Life, you obviously only heard All Eyez On Me with such a statement. Listen to Pac's albums besides AYOM and come back to argue.

What the guys saying is that as far as the technical skill of 'rapping', he was nowhere near the top.
