Part one definately.
I just can't help thinking that Rihanna simply wants to milk the platinum-cow with this one.
I actually like the beat on the second one and the R&B vibe that it's got and also I love Eminem's verse. I'd say it's same level as the first LTWYL verse, but the other two verses top it (:

part one takes too much time to get to Eminem and when it does, he's not as good as part 1 lyrically

if part 1 didn't have the corny "window pane" line it would've been a classic.
despite that, eminem's verses in part 1 is slightly better.
second verse ruined the first part though imo.
