He called Banks up and showed him his Where I'm At, unfinished song and said "what about this?" and Banks really liked it so he sent it over to Banks.

I assume the unfinished beat was from the Recovery sessions. Everything about this track screams "Recovery!"

Yeah, his voice reminds me of Not Afraid, but a lot better. I was thinking the exact same thing 30 minutes ago, this track seems like it came pretty much right after Recovery
I like the song a lot, though. The beat is mediocre, but I can stand it. I think Em did a great verse, I liked the delivery too

it might have a Recovery vibe but aside from WBD, every Recovery track is better imo

but that doesn't make it a bad song because for me, Recovery is pretty much untouchable at this point

He hardly even yells in this song, people should AT LEAST appreciate it for that. Plus, it's a great song
