I'm Just So Fucking Depressed

My girlfriend broke up wit me all of a sudden and I have no fuckin idea why..I don't know if it was something I said but I'm sure I did nothing wrong. She won't even talk to me now....

We were together for a good 8 months and she was honestly the realest and most down to earth girl I ever met. I usually don't trip over girls and break-ups but this shit really hit me hard. Harder than any other break-up I ever had.

I need some advice...Have you guys ever been in a relationship that you cherished a whole lot and it just suddenly ended out of the blue?

I fuckin have no idea what to do...I'm not ready to get over this yet.

Oh yeah me and this girl were going out for about a year and a half and then she broke up with me that hit me so fucking hard i really couldn't get over her at that time. she would call me the worst shit u could ever think up but i still didn't care cause i loved her.... I even went as far as tring to kill myself as some of the members here already know. i ended up in the hospital for about a week and i thought i was over her......but i wasn't so about 2-3 months later i ended up in the hospital again for depression, but after i got out this time i felt alot better about myself and things have been going pretty good for me so far.

i would say more but i gotta get to work lol


so trust me if u don't get back with your girl things WILL get better it just takes alot of time but it does help alot to talk to someone. if u ever wanted to talk u can pm me if you like

Yeah man it's shit. You gotta decide if it's worth fighting for or if you wanna just move on. It just takes time. For me, I started off listening to beautiful - i felt like shit. Then i listened to superman and puke - fuckin bitch. Then i started listening to love the way you lie and not afraid - me being a little bitch. Then i started listening to whatever i wanted because i started feeling better.

Do things that you like doing and try and occupy your mind. You'll be aite after a little while.

yeah man no problem, love is a powerful thing and once you love someone it's hard to let them go. When i was depressed like you r now i didn't wanna hang out with friends or do anything at all, i'd just think about her all day long so im guessing your going through the same as what i did. one thing that got my mind off of her was music so maybe u can try listening to something upbeat (no slow music) lol

Man me and my girl broke up after a year because my crazy ass ex told her I had been cheating on her...

That was a couple months ago and I'm still not over it, but I am doing a lot better now...like the other members have been saying it just take time and things WILL get better

I channeled all my emotions towards missing my girlfriend into a a few songs, I also challegened the hate towards my crazy ass ex into a song...idk if you write but that seemed to help along with listening to songs like: superman, puke, love you more, beautiful, love the way you lie, space bound, and now where I'm at

loll i love how everyone has suggested listening to a few eminem songs, but its true - my friend just broke up with his gf and now he relates to Em on a whole nother level. i would add Kim to the list, theres a certain amount of redemption you feel when you have that song playing in your head. idk wut it is about his songs but they can really help you through a break up. its almost surreal. i've never heard another rapper/musician who as effective. anyways, keep your head up brosky it can only get better (on a slightly related note you may also wanna bump some 2Pac)

Like they said, it takes time. Best thing to do is to let it all out, what I did was write about it. That helped a lot. Plus try to go out with friends, meet new girls, maybe you'll forget about her.. But, time is all, in time you'll look back and laugh at this.

Exactly, just give yourself some time and maybe try to focus in other things to keep her of your mind, whenever i have any problem i just go to train gymnastics and for those hours im there im not going to think in those problems cause in focusing on something else..

break ups always suck... I know it seems impossible and you dont want to , but you need to block her from your life. Yeah it sucks but thats the only way to truly get over someone. You need to delete her facebook,msn cell... Give back all her stuff she left at your house, avoid places or things that might remind you of her.

The best part about being single is that you learn so much about yourselfs. Try not to find a new gf to soon. Try new things, go to new places, meet new people. You don't need someone to make you whole.

Do not sit around !! Watching Tv And The Computer can be really bad. Go work out, run, go clubbing, drive around, smoke a joint, have fun
