I was reading a article from the source below and read over some interesting news.
Real or not its something that is very possible.
NEWS::
In an interview dr. Dre states that the fabled "DETOX" will finally see the light of day in Febuary 2011.
It also says that the song "under Pressure" has been scraped and that alex da kid is the real producer for "I need a doctor"

This should be in aftermath section i think 
But so far we have Kush actually confirming that Detox will be out..sometime next year.I need a Doctor was a leak,not the finished version i think(hope)lol
