I like T.I, he's one of the main elite rappers these days that has some content in his music often, but for some reason he can never ever put together a good album from top to bottom.
I actually blame a lot of it on the producers he works with, I think the fact that T.I. is from the South hurts him more than anything, his allegiance to so many of their wack producers who produce the same old crap damages any chance of him putting together an all round classic album.
Out of that list though, 50 and T.I ahead of the midget any day.
