TES style is WAY better than SSLP. I'm sorry. His lyrics might have been better on SSLP, but his voice was the best during TES

This. Not only that but IF he did change people would bitch about him getting repetitive, running out of ideas and/or having an annoying, "forced" nasally voice. Em can never win with fan's reception, but sometimes he pulls off a better attempt at winning than other times.

Em is an artist, he only moves forward, never backwards. Now here comes another classic.

I never want him to go back to anything.

Going backwards is artistic failure. It's failure to evolve, to move forward and to think beyond what you've already done. It's as good as giving up on improving.

So no I don't want him to do SSLP flows or styles at all. Like he's done for 7 albums in a row now, I want a totally new Eminem (stylistically speaking). It's amazing he's reinvented or shape-shifted his sound for this long alone. But now I want new ideas.

He's done so much with his tones, I think ideas and format are the key to sounding new now. Recovery being shouty was good because now anything less than that will sound distinctively different. But playing with bigger ideas and more experimental formats would be interesting now.
