Not really. Wiley is the kind of guy who could have been praising Eminem all day (yesterday), and then the next day he makes a diss track for him. He's an eccentric character.

He has "retired" about 100 times. Then a few months back he was arguing with his label on twitter, and he just released 10 zip folders of all his unreleased music, because he was "fed up".

He has also died about 6 million times too - he's a funny and entertaining character to say the least.
