With over 5.5 million worldwide copies sold, Em's "Recovery" set a milestone in the 2010 year.

Interscope Records announced this morning that Eminem's latest album, Recovery, was the single best-selling album on iTunes this year. The presently triple-platinum album was a critical revival to the Detroit, Michigan superstar, who worked with Lil Wayne, Rihanna and P!nk on the Aftermath Entertainment release.

While Recovery has scanned over 3,000,000 copies in the United States, Interscope also revealed that the June album has seen 5,600,000 worldwide units sold.

Additionally, Eminem leads with 10 Grammy Award nominations for music from Recovery.

Seems like this confirms that the United World Chart miss alot of smaller countries out of their charting list.

And once again @ Em's sales. 3.1m sold, and LTWYL just over a week away from 8,000,000 worldwide. thats crazy. Seeing as that song is still selling 140k+, it'll easily sell over 10mil eventually. Shady = GOAT.
